Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping services to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Canada: All provinces and territories.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and within our designated shipping areas before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
 
Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
 Delivery estimates

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days.
  • International Shipping: Please note that deliveries to Canada may take longer than domestic U.S. shipping due to customs processing and longer transit distances.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume shipping seasons or holidays, deliveries may experience delays beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and recommend placing your orders early during holiday seasons to ensure timely arrival.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.): Shipping is typically $7 for orders within the United States.
  • International (Canada): Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Final Calculation: Please note that all final shipping costs are determined by the delivery address and items in your cart, and will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pinku Puff is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 
Damages
Pinku Puff is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
