Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If you would like to return a product for a refund within this period, you may do so provided the conditions below are met. After 14 days from the date of receipt, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
Refund Requirements

- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the above criteria. If the product does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing fees
We reserve the right to withhold up to 3.5% of the refund value in payment and processing fees.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
