Q: Will the "bits" on the case scratch my phone?
Based on our experience and material testing, this is highly unlikely.
The back surface of most phones has a Mohs hardness of approximately 6 to 9. Our decorative bits are primarily made of resin and plastic, which have a Mohs hardness of around 3 to 5. Since harder materials scratch softer ones, our bits are generally too soft to scratch your phone.

Note: Scratches are usually caused by dust or tiny sand particles getting trapped inside the case. We recommend cleaning your case periodically to prevent this.

Q: Will the phone case turn yellow over time?
Like most plastic and resin products, some yellowing may occur naturally over long-term use. However, you can significantly delay this process by reducing direct sunlight exposure and cleaning the case regularly.

Q: Does the case provide protection for my phone?
Yes! Like most standard phone cases, the Puff Case provides essential protection against daily wear and tear. However, please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by high-impact drops or extreme force.
